Shipping policy

Firstly, thank you so much for your order, it means alot :) Every Bella + Phoenix item of clothing is carefully hand printed to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for us to hand print your tee or sweater order, although we will endeavour to be quicker than this if we can. Your item/items will then be sent to you 1st class post via Royal Mail where possible. Each order is beautifully wrapped in Bella + Phoenix branded tissue paper, with branded sticker.

Standard Delivery

Our standard UK delivery charge is £2.95, orders over £30 will be delivered free of charge.

Providing your items are in stock we will aim to deliver your order within 5 days - we will let you know if there are any delays.

Depending on your order we may use a few different companies to deliver: APC, My Hermes or Royal mail.

What if my purchase doesn't arrive?

It is unlikely that your product will not arrive safely with you, but if that does happen, please send an email to hello@bellaandphoenix.co.uk. We retain proof of postage for every shipped item.

Overseas Delivery Charges

We deliver anywhere in the world but our policy is not to deliver to PO Box addresses, due to courier restrictions.

We will deliver your order via Air Mail or UPS.

Our products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order. Bella + Phoenix is not responsible for any of these charges.
