Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if it's not quite what you expected or faulty in any way, don’t worry, just send it back to us. We ask that if you wish to return any item please contact us within 24hrs of receipt of your items to let us know you wish to make a return, the nature of your return and whether you'd like a refund or replacement. We recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning items to us.

In the event of any products being faulty, we will cover all costs of the postage and either refund or exchange the products for you. If you’re returning an item from overseas because it’s faulty, please contact us at hello@bellaandphoenix.co.uk

If you are returning products that are not faulty, then unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of returning the product to us nor the the original postage cost. We will only refund the cost of the returned items.

Before returning any item to us, we do ask that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it. Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.
